This page explains how CarMisto processes data when you submit an enquiry, booking request or waitlist request.
Purpose and basis
We use data only to reply to an enquiry, select an offer, arrange and support a booking — with your consent or to fulfil the service you requested.
What data we process
Name, phone number, email address (if provided), and search and booking parameters. The site does not collect payment details because online payments are not enabled.
Waitlist requests
For a waitlist request, we store your name, phone number and search parameters in an internal queue so authorised staff can handle the enquiry. Contact details are not shown in the public catalogue. We also record the version of the document you accepted.
Retention and your rights
You may withdraw consent, correct your data or request a restriction of processing by contacting the operator at the email above. Booking history may be retained where necessary to perform the agreement and for audit purposes.
