Terms of use and booking
CarMisto accepts car-rental requests and passes them to the relevant partner to check availability. Sending a request does not automatically create a rental agreement.
How booking works
You select a car, dates and optional services, see the price calculation and submit a request. The partner confirms or declines availability. Once confirmed, the parties separately agree the handover point, documents, deposit and payment method.
Payment
Online payments through CarMisto are currently not available. Do not send payment data through site forms or Telegram. Final settlement is made only after the terms are agreed with the partner.
Cancellation and responsibility
Cancellation, deposit, insurance and liability terms are set by the specific partner and must be communicated before the car handover.
Before public launch, the operator must replace the legal name/details in this document and agree the final version with a qualified lawyer.
