Before pickup
Confirm the address, time, operator contact, original documents, driver requirements and deposit method. For delivery, agree the fee and meeting point.
Report and photos
Inspect the body, interior, glass, tyres, equipment, fuel and mileage together. Record damage, take photos and keep a copy. Repeat the inspection at return and obtain a receipt or return confirmation.
