How income is shared

The rental-income base defined in the contract is split 70/30 first. Maintenance and servicing do not reduce the CarMisto share: the owner pays separately or from their 70%. Customer deposits are not rental income.

An example, not a forecast

On an income base of UAH 30,000, the owner share is UAH 21,000 and the CarMisto share UAH 9,000. If approved servicing of UAH 3,000 is paid from the owner share, UAH 18,000 remains payable. Depreciation means wear and loss of vehicle value, not an automatic fee to CarMisto.

Before handing over the car

The contract defines the income base, reporting and payout dates, insurance, damage responsibility, handover costs, taxes and termination. Condition, equipment and mileage are recorded in a handover report with photos. Rent-to-own is not automatically included.

Expense control and return

Work charged to the owner must be approved under the contract and supported by records. The notice period for retrieving the car is agreed before operations, taking confirmed rentals into account. Income depends on demand, rates and downtime.

Illustrative owner settlement

Not a revenue forecast. Enter the agreed rental-income base and approved costs paid from the owner share. Deposits are excluded.
