Check the recipient, currency, amount, purpose and due date in the agreed offer. Submitting a CarMisto request does not charge you. Do not pay using details in unverified messages.
Security deposit
The amount, payment method, permitted deductions and return period depend on the supplier contract. A card hold and an actual charge are different. Confirm card and main-driver requirements before arriving.
Refunds and disputes
Keep the contract, receipts and return report. Request an itemised explanation and evidence for deductions. Contact the payment recipient about refunds and CarMisto about your request. Bank processing may take time after a refund is initiated.
